Can I import my data from another loyalty plugin/solution?
For larger stores, our team offers migration as a service. We will move all of your data and ensure your customers have continued access to their points, rewards, and perks earned on your previous platform.

How can my customers access their rewards?
Once all data is imported, customers will be able to see their rewards on the store’s Loyalty Page and within the Loyalty Widget, as well as under Loyalty Page tab on their My Account page.
Can I cancel my subscription at any time, and what happens to my referral program data if I do?
