How does the billing process work?
We will charge you once a month or once a year for the selected plan.
In case you decide to cancel before the next billing cycle occurs, you will have full access to LoyalGenie until the next billing cycle.
Are there any setup fees or additional costs?
There are no hidden costs whatsoever. You can set up LoyalGenie yourself by following a few simple steps.
For the Enteprise plan, setup and migration service is optional and you can decide if you wish to purchase it. Note that this plan is still under development and the details will be announced soon.
Do you offer any discounts for long-term commitments?
We offer a 20% discount if you opt for annual payments. For example, you would pay $39 instead of $49 per month for the Business plan if you decide to pay annually.
Are there any comissions or transaction fees associated with the loyalty program?
What happens when I exceed the order limits of my plan?
You will have 15 days to upgrade to a higher plan. If you do not upgrade during that time, LoyalGenie will process only the orders included in your plan, and ignore any other orders you might have.
Is there a limit to the number of customers or users that can participate in the loyalty program?
The limit depends on the pricing.
Free plan comes with a limit of up to 50 orders. Basic has a limit of up to 500 orders, whereas Business and Enterprise have unlimited orders.
